3.5 Account Verification. spin99 may require you to verify your mobile telephone number via OTP during registration and may require identity documentation (Malaysian IC / MyKad or passport) before processing any withdrawal request.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
4.2 You must notify spin99 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account. Contact our support team via the live chat function available on the Platform.
4.3 spin99 will never contact you via unsolicited communication to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from spin99 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.4 spin99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Where 2FA is enabled, a one-time passcode will be required at each login session in addition to your standard credentials.
4.5 spin99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure, subject always to spin99's obligations under applicable data protection law.
spin99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. spin99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. spin99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt of funds is dependent on the payment method and provider timelines.
spin99 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity. During any such investigation, the relevant Account Balance may be temporarily frozen.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. USDT deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
6.1 spin99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spin credits, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the Promotion details on the Platform.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, contribution rates, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period will be specified in the Promotion terms.
6.3 spin99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time. In the event that a Promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds already credited to qualifying Accounts prior to the withdrawal announcement will be honoured subject to the original terms.
6.4 Players who spin99 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to be abusing Promotions — including through collusion, use of multiple Accounts, or exploiting wagering requirements in bad faith — may have Bonus Funds and derived winnings voided and their Accounts suspended.
6.5 Promotions are intended for recreational players. spin99 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from any Promotion without obligation to provide a reason.
7.1 All bets placed on spin99 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or market. Game rules are accessible within each game interface on the Platform.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. Bets are confirmed at the point at which the Platform system registers acceptance, not merely at the point of the Player's submission.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, spin99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. spin99 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions that are beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 For sportsbook bets, spin99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were published due to a manifest error. A "manifest error" means an obvious and demonstrable mistake in the pricing of an odds market.
7.5 spin99 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits on any game, market, or Account at its reasonable discretion.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spin99 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. No other rights are granted.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spin99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via your Account settings. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
